About This Programme

The Mini Osteopathic Mastery Diploma™ (MOMD™) is HOW Academy's foundational osteopathic programme — an intensive clinical training pathway that introduces licensed physicians to the philosophy, principles, and practical application of osteopathic medicine.

Participants develop essential hand skills, refine palpatory assessment, and build the clinical reasoning frameworks needed to see the body as an interconnected whole rather than a collection of isolated symptoms. The programme moves from osteopathic philosophy and structural assessment through to supervised clinical application in small cohorts.

Graduates leave with a working osteopathic toolkit they can integrate immediately into existing practice — and a deeper clinical lens for understanding dysfunction wherever it presents.

The programme is led by Dr. Hesham Khalil, founder of OsteoEgypt and the Egyptian Osteopathic Society and a pioneer of osteopathy in Egypt and the Middle East.
